Bisque is painted using the same paints as used to paint drywall or plaster. It is best that you first apply a primer to seal the Bisque surface. Then, using a spray gun or a clean, high-quality brush, apply two to three coats of flat, satin, or semi-gloss water-base paint made for drywall or plaster. You may also want to use stenciling, sponging, or other creative techniques to customize your fixture.
This fixture does need to be hard wired. Professional installation is recommended.
